Brokerage Fees

When you list a property with BARON, we charge a commission of 6% of the transaction price. If both the buyer/tenant and seller/landlord have an agent, the commission is split equally between the two sides. BARON receives 3% of the transaction price and the other broker also receives 3%.

If only one side of the deal has an agent, BARON receives a commission of 4% of the transaction price, and the seller or landlord saves 2% on the commission.
